Will has been called a “ground-breaking pioneer” for his development of the Restorative Method of family, interpersonal, organizational, and institutional conflict resolution. He’s facilitated over 1000 successful conflict resolution encounters, and received national and international recognition for his advancement and implementation of restorative communication practices and programs.
For his work in building a nationally acclaimed University Restorative Program he was recognized by the University of Colorado’s prestigious Institute for Ethical Civic Engagement. Upon receiving the Doctorate in Communication from C.U., he was invited to provide expert testimony for the Colorado State House of Representatives in support of legislation establishing statewide Restorative Civil Mediation programs. Will has been an educator, researcher, consultant, trainer, keynote speaker, author and filmmaker.
